Manager, Instructional Systems Design and Training Development
Dr. Gabrielle Garner joined DVI Training Systems in February 2026 as Manager of Instructional Systems Design and Training Development. She holds a Ph.D. in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Georgia and brings more than fifteen years of industry experience leading enterprise training strategy and human performance improvement. With passion for human-centered design, the focus of her work is creating practical, innovative learning and evaluation experiences that help people perform at their best.
Prior to joining DVITS, Dr. Garner served Delta Air Lines’ Flight Operations and In-Flight Service departments, leading the learning strategy, analytics, solution design, training development, performance support, and regulatory compliance for 46,000 crew members. Her leadership drove improvements in human performance and organizational effectiveness as she implemented mission-critical business and safety initiatives within a highly regulated industry.
At DVITS, Dr. Garner leads the design, advancement, and evaluation of training solutions for client programs that require mission readiness, technical proficiency, scalability, and sustained human performance in complex, safety-sensitive environments.
