Glen Davis is the Vice President of Training Solutions and Co-Founder of DVI Training Systems. Captain Davis has over 30 years of experience in the Civil Aviation Training industry. His former roles include General Manager of Pilot Training for the world’s largest fleet of Airbus Aircraft, as well as Global Head of Training for the world’s largest civil ab-initio pilot training organization.
His work is informed by over 5000 flight hours as an instructor pilot and evaluator, participation in multiple training and safety workgroups at the national and international level, experience with product and training program development for civil airlines and flight schools, ICAO Multi-Crew Pilot Licensing programs, FAA Advanced Qualification Programs, participation in the ALPA National Aircraft Operations and Design Group, and from work as a member of the IATA Pilot Training Task Force.
Since 2020, Captain Davis has been an integral part of product development and solution creation for the clients of DVITS, and he currently leads operations and product development for our growing team.
