The company’s Next-Gen Training System is designed to prepare teams for mission-critical operations, building on the success of a first-of-its-kind training system developed for one of the world’s largest commercial airlines. Today, the system trains over 17,000 pilots and crewmembers in the commercial and defense sectors.
In addition to his role at DVI Training Systems, Matthew is also the CEO and Founder of The DVI Group, a world-renowned strategic communications agency founded in 2000. Under his leadership, The DVI Group has been listed in the Inc. 5000 for two years and has earned hundreds of industry awards. Specializing in training, marketing, and corporate communications content, The DVI Group has been consistently rated as one of the top agencies in the world and will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2025. In 2020, Matthew was also a finalist in the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year program, which honors business leaders for their ingenuity, courage, and entrepreneurial spirit.
