Kevin brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across operations, organizational development, business growth, and team performance. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations translate ambitious goals into clear responsibilities, coordinated action, and measurable progress.
At DVITS, Kevin works across every part of the company to align people, priorities, resources, and processes. He helps leaders remove obstacles, strengthen collaboration, manage risk, and create the conditions teams need to do excellent work. He also plays a central role in developing the people and operating structure that will support DVITS through its next stage of growth.
