Kevin Ford, Vice President of Business Development for DVI Training Systems, brings over 25 years of business development and sales leadership to the team. Having managed teams ranging from 10 to over 300 sales representatives and mid-level managers, Kevin’s experience spans a wide array of fast-growth companies, where he honed his expertise in diverse selling styles and effective strategies.
Throughout his career, Kevin has been instrumental in driving success for multiple innovative startups, all of which were acquired by publicly traded companies. His deep understanding of scaling businesses is matched by his experience as a Certified Business Performance Advisor, during which he guided over 50 industry-leading organizations in optimizing employee attraction, retention, and development to meet ambitious growth targets.
